The Plan
I completed this several years ago, when I was much earlier on in my cross-stitching journey. I would modify more now (like add an outline to the cricket bat so that it matches the gun more), but I really like the typography. Pattern: Shaun of the Dead Plan by SnarkyStitchBitch

A tea party fit for the Haunted Mansion
This was another pattern from the Spellbound Stitches book, where I got to use Cosmo floss for the first time. Pattern: Ghostly Tea Party by StitchSprout, but it doesn't seem to be available on their store

Simple Spells
I got this pattern initially in a Spellbound Stitches pack. It came with 6 patterns and the Cosmo floss needed for them. Cosmo floss is another brand, like DMC or Anchor, and it comes from Japan. Texture of threads always vary across color, but overall Cosmo felt nicer. Silkier. But it's harder to find. I have to special order it from 123Stitch. Heart Eyes Cat

Too Cute for Capitalism
Pattern: Too Cute for Capitalism by samanthalanetextiles My favorite kinds of patterns are bold, modern, and not full-coverage. They are less likely to have me despairing over perceived lack of progress. And because this was another one done in the wake of getting laid off, we needed more joy.

Mini-Classics
Patterns: I have collected cross stitch patterns through so many years that I don't remember where I got every pattern. I wish I did, though, because the Unicorn and the Wanderer patterns are beautiful. I really like the mini paintings. They're satisfying to complete. The confetti on some of the patterns is really evident in the backs though.

The Real Shareholder Value
