Joint pain is back, it was a good run. It’s manageable for now, I’m happy with a “peppercorn” CVS-branded foldable cane by Michael Graves Design for situations like this. Had PT, don’t know what she did but it’s the first time in weeks that there’s no pain.

one of the last sandal days
Started a trial of super low dose steroids to reduce the joint pain before we consider higher-order lupus meds. Seems to be helping, but the improvement could also be a result of dropping a potentially problematic med. Time will tell. Good day so far.
