atperson portable snapshot format
atperson snapshots are now a portable binary format — little-endian integers, IEEE 754 floats, framed sections with bounds-checked lengths, skippable unknown tags, and a trailing FNV-1a digest. v4 snapshots migrate on load; v1-v3 are refused. Issue

atperson writer lock and first-run bootstrap
atperson mutating commands now take an exclusive writer lock on the data directory with automatic stale-lock reclamation (dead pid and reboot detection), and a C23 first-run bootstrap creates ~/.ewanc26/atperson plus a documented .env template (0700/0600) when either is missing. Read-only commands run lock-free with an explicit consistency model. Issue

atperson paginated sync and persistent ingestion cursor
atperson sync now consumes bounded multi-page timeline catch-ups through Wolfram's cursor-aware API with a versioned ingestion-state checkpoint at ~/.ewanc26/atperson/ingestion-state.json. The cursor is runtime fetching metadata only — the observation ledger stays the sole authority for what has been learned. Cursor advancement is page-granular (every observation durably processed before checkpointing), rejected cursors reset to the head, and all atperson data now defaults to ~/.ewanc26/atperson/.

A CDK Lambda Bundle-Size Gate for CI
A deploy in one of my CDK projects passed every gate I have — CI, cdk synth, code review — and merged. The CloudFormation stack deployment to AWS failed with: InvalidRequest: Unzipped size must be smaller than 262144000 bytes 262,144,000 bytes is 250 MiB, AWS's hard limit on the unzipped deployment package of a zip-packaged Lambda. A few transitive dependencies had crept in and pushed one function's bundle over the edge. It failed in an uncomfortable place. cdk synth builds the CloudForma
