Mansions Dave and European Larpers

I don't think you actually have to be caught up with Streamer Culture to know that there are always a couple of basement dwellers in the Chat

One of the most vehemently strange kind of people I've met online are the "I'm European, trust me Bro" Americans

I think saying these people are mentally sick would be an understatement

First of all there are plenty of delusional White Americans who will claim to be European, that's borderline normal

There are also plenty of delusional White Americans who think that certain blocs of White People, namely Canadians, Americans, British, Europeans, Russians and Australians are the chosen ones of the world

They won't include Turkic People or Caucasus People in their definition of White People

They'll also turn a blind eye and ignore multiple facts like China, India and Japan are three of the world's five wealthiest nations

They'll also ignore multiple other facts like East Asia is the second richest Subcontinent in the world, South Asia is the third richest Subcontinent in the world and the Arab Gulf is the fourth richest Subcontinent in the world

They'll turn a blind eye to all those facts because those facts don't complement their delusional chosen ones image

So anyway, back to the European Larpers

What's vehemently strange is that there are people in Chat; who are clearly American; larping as European

Then of course there's the back pedaling

There's the occasional "I'm actually American but I live in Europe for work" excuse when they most probably work at a McDonald's

Then there's the "I actually meant to say I'm British" excuse which is equally sad

What's absolutely incriminating is the subset of those mentally ill people who will simply not answer any questions whatsoever when you press them and actually ask them where they're from

It's not my intention to fraud check anyone, I just genuinely want to know where the people I'm chatting with are from but their silence afterward tells me everything I need to know, I'm dealing with another European Larper

The "I'm European" lead is usually the giveaway

No European would actually lead with that instead of divulging their nationality

So obviously there's the usual kind of weirdos in the Chat that you have to avoid and now there's a whole new kind of weirdo that you'll have to avoid in addition to that
