Yes, GenAI will destroy humanity

Well, NOT REALLY. It is humans who will destroy humanity - starting with those engineers creating and training these generative AI models at companies, like OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and a bunch of Chinese companies. They are warning us, true, but THEY CONTINUE DOING WHAT THEY DO to make their generative AI models mimic their way of thinking, i.e., of destroying humanity. The fact that they ignore the environmental effects of their hyperscalers, their abuse of labor from developing countries, and their contribution to poisining the information ecosystem, just go to show how their public warnings are just that - PR! And no, those "agentic AI" escaping containment? Just science fiction - they initiated it, setup the environment (yes, including providing access to the internet instead of having it completely air-gapped), and did not monitor it. Yes, a bunch of bullshit.
