Vercel git

I'm putting a post-it note here for myself:

Warning

Sometimes Vercel ignores pushes to GitHub, and disconnecting and reconnecting GitHub seems to have no effect. This is probably because there is no author set in git locally, so Vercel rejects the unsigned commits.

Hopefully I remember this next time.
